Trained in Property Sales and Management, Charm also has 3 years experience in real estate and enjoys the opportunity to interact with people and really get to understand how her clients prefer their property to be managed. Apart from delivering on the day-to-day nature of her role, Charm is eager to learn all aspects of the real estate industry and understand new emerging trends and ideas.

As an animal lover, when not helping her clients with the letting and management of their properties, Charm helps out with animal rescue. Her other personal pursuits include reading all types of literature from novels to comic books.
